I just upgraded my iPhone XR to the 13 pro max. I forgot I had a note that was locked with a passcode. That note contains all my password for my bank and other apps.
i can’t remember the passcode to the note file because I always used Face ID.

You’ll have to try to remember the password. Luckily there isn’t a limit to how many times you can try possible passwords.
“Don't forget your Notes password. Apple doesn't have access to locked notes and can’t help you access them if you forget your password. If you forget your Notes password, resetting the password doesn’t give you access to previously locked notes. Resetting then creating a new Notes password only allows you to lock other notes.”
