My music app is missing from my iPod touch

On my Apple iPod 4 there is a music icon that allows you to listen to All of the music that you have downloaded. I have noticed on my Apple iPod 6 that there is no such icon just the Apple music icon. Is there an app in the app store that allows me to listen to specifically my downloaded songs from my computer and what I have added from iTunes. I have attempted to move my music to my new iPod however they all do not appear. I am referring to the icon on the purple iPod
