Iphone 7 home screen shifted upwards

Hi, my daughter is using my old iphone 7 and just realized that her home screen is shifted upwards. Is there a way to fix this? I tried turning off the reach ability but I guess its nothing to do with that since the screen is shifted upwards. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?
