I've waited the 14 days (!!!!) to unlock my account and that is now all sorted and the password reset. I still can't get past the laptop login screen however as it just keeps telling me the account is locked. I've been through the recovery process on the laptop and I can login online (on another device) so I know it's unlocked. My laptop won't let me in though.
