STUCK IN SOS ONLY

I am stuck in SOS only. I have taken out my sim and even put it back in and it’s still not working and stuck on SOS only. I have followed all the steps and stuff and it’s not working. Someone please help me

Visit your carrier, maybe the SIM card is damaged, ask for a replaced (new) card. Normally it is free.
