Camera is terrible. Video has better color quality

i took a video of a sunset and also photos. The color in the photos is absolutely terrible next to the video. I tried to screenshot the video and it changes the color!!! Insane for the amount of money I paid for iPhone 12!! 😡 The color of the sky captured in the video is amazing compared to the photo attached.Anyone else having this issue?
