I'm in a bad Situation, I accidently remove WhatsApp from my boss iPhone, and he didn't turned on the iCloud backup and there is no backup in a cloud or iTunes . Is there any solution to restore WhatsApp data from the device?

WhatsApp is a peer-to-peer protocol; the messages only exist on the sender’s and the recipient’s phone; they are not saved on the WhatsApp server. You can contact WhatsApp support and ask them. However, generally if you do not have a backup of data prior to erasing an app of the entire device, there is no recovery possible.
