Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

There is nothing in your screen shot that indicates a problem with an Apple ID; what is your specific issue?

If you already have an Apple ID there is no reason to create a new Apple ID. If you do all purchases made with the previous Apple ID will no longer be valid, and if you have any devices logged in to the old Apple ID they will become unusable due to Activation Lock. If you want to change the email associated with your Apple ID see→Apple ID: Changing your Apple ID
