I do update Then phone and I pad will not complete update/setup with out signing up for Apple pay. I do not want to do this. I keep getting notifications on I pad and Phone to "Finish setting up" and the only step is sign up for Apple pay. there is no option to ignore or decline this to finish set up Need help Thank you
