my child microwaved my iphoneX for 4 seconds and the screen has frozen. It will connect to my macbook but I can't press trust this device on iphone screen to go any further. He's disabled btw so this is an accident. If anyone has any ideas, I'd be so grateful

Thanks for the reply.
I plugged it in to charge and it appeared to charge, Left it for an hour and the screen started working again! So my so as a working phone. However, he will have to wait for 48 hours as I will have it checked. Hopefully he learns the lesson.
