iPhone XR makes weird buzzing noise

Every time I hold down the space bar or copy/paste text, there is a weird buzzing sound. It’s brief but annoying. I don’t have keyboard clicks on or system haptics turned on. And the only keyboard I have is the default English one. My iOS is also currently up to date. How do I make it stop?

I got rid of the nuisance buzzings.

I went to the Apple store. First backup your iPhone. Then go > settings>general >transfer or reset iPhone >reset network settings or reset all settings. I think he did reset network settings, yet he may have done the latter.

note: you will have to reinstall your Wi-Fi password once you do this. Good luck.

Remove the keyboard that you think is producing the annoying noise.

  • Go to Settings > General > Keyboard.
  • Tap Keyboards, then do any of the following: Remove a keyboard: Tap Edit, tap next to the keyboard you want to remove, tap Delete, then tap Done.

Add the keyboards you require.

  • Go to Settings > General > Keyboard.
  • Tap Keyboards, then do any of the following: Add a keyboard: Tap Add New Keyboard, then choose a keyboard from the list. Repeat to add more keyboards.
