You will have to continue trying to get help from them. Only they can help you deal with your username and password credentials.
No. They are not accessing the app. They are accessing your account. This has absolutely nothing to do with your phone.
You need to regain control of your snapchat account.
I have to create a new email account to just to get on Snapchat again because once they take over I can’t use the compromised email anymore because its already being used. Snapchat is the only social app I use but I don’t want other apps to get hacked into unless they already working on that. But thank you all for your response I’ll keep trying to contact Snapchat but no luk
