Channel subscriptions on Apple TV+ (Fox News)

I am trying to cut the cord. Every channel that everyone in the house watches is now covered by streaming services, except one. Fox News is in the Apple TV+ listing, but actually watching the channel requires a cable service log-in. Is there a way to buy just one channel?

(I am now paying for cable just so my father-in-law can get his Fox News fix)

Some TV networks require a pay TV provider for access. You have to sign in with TV provider credentials (manually or automatically). That is their business model and how they choose to operate. You can only get those in a package.

For cord cutters, consider one of the streaming TV providers: Hulu+Live, YouTube TV, Sling TV, DirecTV Stream, or Fubo TV. Still a large package deal, but often less fees than cable.
