How to get Health App icon back?

I accidentally deleted this app from my phone but if I go to the App Store o can open it how do I get the icon back on my wallpaper?

Swipe all the way to the left until you get to the App Library. Then locate the Health app and press and hold and drag the icon to your home screen.
