Amount LLC

I’m trying to give my dad my m1 Mac book pro and when attempting to log in it keeps showing amount LLC and I can’t figure it out for the life of me. When I used the computer I never typed a password in for it so I just ignored it and now we can’t set up the Mac. Plz help me

Unable to agree to Terms and Conditions after resetting MacBook Pro and reinstalling Catalina I am gifting my older MacBook to my husband and after resetting and erasing the HD and reinstalling Catalina --which is the OS it was running -- he signs in using his iCloud account and it wants him to read and agree to Terms and Conditions and the agree button is greyed out. No way to move forward. Going back asks to enter iCloud ID again. Tried signing him out of iCloud on other device(s) with no change. I have read several posts where the situation doesn't apply. Mac book mini, terms and conditions agree button disabled. I got a mac mini from my office for work. I am trying to setup my account. On the terms and conditions page it is not allowing me to click on agree button. Please help. Regards, Ela 408 707 6823

Did you buy the computer new?
