iTunes for Windows prompts to authorize my laptop when trying to play purchases, Ive tried all options-what next?

I have done both thee things 1) Turn off User Account Controls 2) Remove the SC Info folder and still there are 2 tracks on my laptop that wont play. They play fine on my PC/ Any ideas?

Repeated requests to authorize an already authorized computer for store downloads typically indicates you have corrupt or incomplete copies. Backup and then delete the tracks that won't play from your library without hiding from your purchase history. Redownload using the cloud links that should remain, or close iTunes and reopen if they don't show up straight away. While downloading click the activity widget and turn off the option that allows for simultaneous downloads.

You could also copy the working versions from one computer to the other.

thanks, however the tracks play completely fine on my pc that downloaded them from apple store and im using home sharing to share the files onto my laptop. Other files from the same album are ok also on PC and laptop, its just these 2 that are an issue. So is my laptop not playing the file from my PC? IE; there is only 1 copy, on my pc, and that copy is already working correctly?
