Arcade games over iPad

Hi, I got this Apple Arcade subscription and trying to open few games however to my surprise there is no sound in any games even if the sound option is On. I checked on YouTube that when we launch Archade then also it launches with some beep sound but in my case its silence and then further for any games I tried they are all silent. i am using iPad 10.2 inch 2020 version. Kindly suggest what should I do to enable volume/sound option.

other than arcade games, i mean when I download outside of Arcade, all works perfectly fine with sound so the issue is with arcade sound only..

Hi paddy425,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! If you go to the Control Center, is the sound icon enabled ( it looks like a bell with a line through it if your sounds have been silenced)? To access the Control Center swipe down from the top right corner of your screen.
