Can someone tell me why when I visited the Apple phone shop in Perth as my iPhone constantly drops it WIFI connection that I have to reset factory settings everyday as they said I have a software problem they can’t fix. I do it every day ☹️

Why did the Apple shop in Perth tell me when I needed it fixed because WIFI connection drops out daily on IPhone 8 that it’s a software problem and I need to reset factory settings on my phone. I’ve done this daily since my IPhone was only new. I’m sick of it. Why didn’t they replace my phone for me ?

iPhone 8, iOS 15
