New iPhone and new MacBook. How do I re enable Find My iPhone?

New MacBook Air and then new iPhone. Got a Yahoo email telling me my Find My iPhone has been disabled. Can't figure out how to re enable it.

You may --> Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac
