When I login to Apple Music web using a browser it’s just showing logging in. Just showing a default image on the profile (top right corner). And when I click on that it only shows help, sign out.

Reboot your router and computer, clear your browser's cache, and try again. Do you have any third party anti-virus or firewall product that might have updated itself before this issue started?

I'm using Microsoft Edge.
I used to use Apple Music Web on this browser it worked fine until recently.
Numbers and everything else just works fine without any issue on Microsoft Edge.
No I'm not using any VPN.
