WiFi setting for streaming on Apple devices

My Apple devices won’t stream content from Apps like Amazon Prime, Paramount+ and Disney+. I am not using the 5G setting of my network. Is this causing a problem or could it be something else?

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 15

You may use both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band of Wi-Fi. It’s even recommended, when using the same SSID network name for both. Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support


or could it be something else?

It is something else. Have you tried restarting your router and other network gear? Have you tried restarting your Apple TV box? That may fix issues without much deep diagnostics.
