YouTube App slow on iPad on WiFi

Im facing a rather weird issue. The videos on my YouTube app on iPad aren’t loading when I’m connected to my home WiFi. However, when I switch to another WiFi, they load just fine.

The home WiFi has ample internet speed and in fact, the YouTube home screen etc load absolutely quickly. But the video playback doesn’t start for quite a while.

Already tried changing my DNS settings and resetting network settings but nothing helped.

im using iPad 7th Generation. IOS 13.6.1
