Wifi disconnects frequently when I stream YouTube video causing buffering on my iPhone 12 mini

Most likely, the issue is either the Wi-Fi and/or Internet connection is not providing enough bandwidth to stop the buffering. Does this issue happen on one specific Wi-Fi network or any network you connect your iPhone to?
