Iphone 12 Pro Max- Wifi speed -Buffering when ur seeing videos

I am using iphone 12 pro max from last 2 months and when i m seeing videos thru wifi, always buffering. anyone can give solution for this?

iPhone 11 not loading pics/videos over wifi Over the last week or 2 my iPhone 11 (iOS 15.3.1) will not load pics or videos from social media (FB, IG, TikTok) over wifi. I have restarted my router and my phone multiple times. Other devices and iPhone/iPads in the house work fine, it's just mine. Pics and videos from camera roll are fine. I have plenty of storage free. When I take it off the wifi and use cellular data it works fine. It's driving me crazy. What else can I try to get this fixed?
