iPhone 11 not loading pics/videos over wifi

Over the last week or 2 my iPhone 11 (iOS 15.3.1) will not load pics or videos from social media (FB, IG, TikTok) over wifi. I have restarted my router and my phone multiple times. Other devices and iPhone/iPads in the house work fine, it's just mine. Pics and videos from camera roll are fine. I have plenty of storage free. When I take it off the wifi and use cellular data it works fine. It's driving me crazy. What else can I try to get this fixed?

I fixed it. I reset my network. Thanks anyway.

Ok I see you might have to restart your phone, here’s how.

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, or 13. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device

I also see that you are in iOS 15.3.1 you might need to update to iOS 15.4 to start seeing your pictures on social media

Check your internet connection that which plan do you have or try to see your pictures from local storage. You can change this setting by entering Settings > Photos and Camera and choose 'Download and Keep Originals' rather than 'Optimize iPhone Storage

I can see my own pictures, it's pictures and videos on social media apps that I can't see. My internet connection is good and signal is strong. All other devices in the house work fine (lap tops, streaming devices, everyone else's phones).

Firstly, let’s start with the reasons why you’re unable to update your iPhone or iPad. Maybe one of the reasons caused the error:

Not enough available storage space on your device.
Downloading the update takes a long time.
Unable to reach the update server.
The update doesn’t complete.

make sure you have enough storage it’s a pretty hefty update :)

I've restarted my phone several times. I checked for an update, and it does say that one is available, but it gives me an error "Software Update Failed" when I try to download it. grrrrr.
