Cancel iCloud Subsc'n from Android

I no longer have an Apple device. I cant figure out how to...

A) cancel an app subscription that will be renewing soon for like $40;

B) cancel my iCloud storage upgrade that costs $12/year + tax.

I need directions that can be followed from a PC or an Android phone, preferably without installing some 3rd party app that I don't trust.
