Bottom Left side speaker on iPhone 11 not working

hi i was you know doing some video watching on my phone and Hearing like one of the Speakers went down and idk what would this be ?

Wrong. There is also a microphone on the bottom. The speaker is on the right, the microphone is on the left.

There is nothing wrong with your phone.

There are in fact up to four microphones on an iPhone. At the top of the screen are located one microphone and one speaker (that microphone for example would be active when using the phone for video calls). There is a second microphone on the back for use when shooting video and for noise cancellation when using the phone for handheld calls. The third microphone is at the bottom next to the second speaker and is the microphone used for phone calls. On some models (iPhone 13 and 13 Pro for example) there are a pair of microphones on the bottom grill.
