is there any chance for the static noise related to network?

Can someone say is there any possibility to get static noise during calls due to poor network strength?

Network signal I am facing network issue on my ip13 USA product . Calls are dropping, other can here my voice accurately. Even this is the main problem that I can’t here other voice clearly. Their voice can’t come smoothly, maximum time misses the voice.Network up and down. Is there any solutions of this ?

Since the voice paths are all digital, anything you might hear due to poor signal quality would be manifested as digital noise artifacts. They usually sounds like a robotic or choppy voice, or periods of silence.
