my photos aren’t downloading to icloud even though i purchased enough i cloud space

my photos are not downloading into i cloud even though i just purchased plenty of space in icloud. i have tried all the different ways to download them like appl has given but it is still saying there is not enough i cloud space.

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.
