How i can report the dispute transaction from apple.com not on Apple Card, on my Credit card has been used to unauthorized transaction from apple com bill

You can manage the cards used to make payments on Apple.com in you iPhone.
Settings >> Your Name, Apple ID, iCloud, Media and Payments >> Media and Purchases >> View Account >> Manage Payments >> Edit >> The card at the top of the list is the credit card that will be charged first. If the transaction can’t be completed on that card, the next card down the list will be used until the transaction is completed. Cards can be deleted and added to the list of payments sources. The order of the payment sources can be changed by sliding the card up or down the list.
