To see the current battery % of charge, open Control Center by swiping down from the top right corner of the screen. See: Access Control Center on your iPhone and iPod touch - Apple Support
To see the measure of battery capacity relative to when the battery was new, tap Battery Health in your screenshot above (Settings > Battery > Battery Health).
