Bitdefender Antivirus continuously scanning active threats(trojan virus) after opening a website.

So I was using a website for removing passwords from PDF files(I have the password, but I don't want to have to type the password in every time). Apparently, when I use Bitdefender Antivirus(the free version), it scans active malware in a folder "users > [username] > Library > Containers > Safari > Data > Library > Caches > com.apple.safari > WebKitCache > Version 16" . It claims the malware to be a trojan virus. I deleted the whole folder(since it's just a cache for opening websites faster), but when I reopened some websites later, there becomes some other trojan viruses that needs to be removed again. Moreover, the Antivirus claimed that there is also some infected files in Xcode and Unreal Engine 5 and quarantined them.

Is the "virus" just a helper program to open websites faster(internet connection, so that it may looks like a backdoor to the antivirus software)?

There are no known Windows-like Viruses in the wild that self replicate and affect macOS, because of the underling UNIX  Foundation and Permission Limitation.

The Only thing this Antivirus software is protecting is the Bank Account of the Developers and for zero return to the User aside from the problems this software creates.

Thanks, I checked the uninstall steps from the Bitdefender's support page, but I didn't find a Bitdefender Uninstaller application in the files. Since I downloaded it from the App Store, do I just delete it by dragging the Application into the trash? Or are there other steps and things that I have to follow to remove the file?
