How to fix connectivity issues on my Beats Studio Wireless Headphones?

I have the Beats Studio Wireless Headphones, and they never connect well. I followed the steps listed on the support page for initial setup, but they never connect to my phone after. I spend like 5 minutes every time I use them trying to get them to pair. I usually have to follow the initial setup instructions, but even that doesn't work all the time, so then I resort to traditional wired headphones. I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with these headphones, but based on other reviews I've read, it doesn't seem like this is a common problem. Anyone have any tips on how to fix this issue?

It looks like you're attempting to connect your Beats Studio Wireless Headphones to your iPhone. This page can help with issues you may experience throughout this process: If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product - Apple Support.


As it shows there, you'll want to make sure your Beats are within 30 feet of the iPhone. You'll want to verify the sound settings on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and select your Beats. Verify the volume and sound are correct and that both the Beats and iPhone are charged and enabled.


If needed, remove the Beats headset from the iPhone by forgetting the device. Here's how:

1. Disconnect your Beats product.
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the Info button  next to the name of your Beats product, then tap Forget This Device.
- On your Mac, choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, click Bluetooth, select your Beats product, click the X, then choose Forget Device.
2. Pair your Beats product again.

As a last resort, you may have to reset your Beats, then pair them again. Both of these links will help:
