Blender (VFX Software) might be too Powerful for my MacBook Pro.

Is Blender Software too powerful for my MacBook Pro 13? Do I have to buy a new MacBook with an M1 chip or M2 chip? Can Apple create an app for other [Visual Effects/CGI/Game Development Softwares (Example: Blender)] so it can withstand the power of the program without it overheating or damaging the current to previous [MacBooks or MacBook Pros]?

I want to know before I download Blender on my MacBook. I can not be the only one who is thinking that the MacBook is capable enough to withstand the powerful software of Blender's Visual Effects Software.

Blender and most any other resource-intensive app will have minimal and recommended configurations posted.

If you’re doing heavy processor, GPU, or ML work, the thermal design inherent with any laptop is going to throttle performance at the limits.

More generally, the Macs with M-class processors run cooler, which means longer sustained performance.

Laptops are optimized for portability, and not for performance. That means smaller physical sizes and weight, with less cooling and more limited heat dissipation, among other trade-offs.

If you need sustained performance from a computer, you will want a computer with sufficient cooling.

While Blender will not damage a Mac (a Mac will throttle performance to stay within available cooling, and will shut down hard at its thermal limits to prevent damage), you’re going to be much better served by asking for assistance and recommendations in a Blender-related discussion forum.
