FitBit Premium Trial - CANCEL Renewal after 6 months

need to cancel a fitbit premium trial offer that expires july 4th. Fitbit cannot help me and are referring me to Apple to cancel. Went into Settings on iphone and I see the FItbit App but there - but there is no option to CANCEL subscription.
