The on/off toggle switch on Ipad difficult to use.
The Ipad on/off toggle switch is not easy for 80 year old hands to use. Is there another way to print screen?

Has your iPad been updated to iPadOS15? If so, you can easily trigger a screenshot (presumed to be your reference to a “print screen”) using a simple swipe gesture…:
Settings > General > Gestures >
- Allow Finger to Swipe from Corner - set to ON
- Left Corner Swipe > Screenshot
