Set up Cardio Fitness Levels
My apple 7 watch does not have or show option to set up cardio fitness under the cardio fitness
I am not seeing Set up button

If you can’t find any VO2 max readings in the Health app, that is probably because you have not yet logged the right kind of workouts with your watch. Only three workout types can produce an estimated VO2 max on Apple Watch: Outdoor Walk,Outdoor Run and hiking.
VO2 max relates to maximal exertion. So you’ll need to log a pretty intensive workout to generate a reading. And you’ll need to sustain it for at least 20 minutes.

Thanks but still unable to find the SET UP TAB. Below is what I am doing:
Health App / Browse / Cardio Fitness / Show All Cardio Fitness Levels.
Once I am in - Show All Cardio Fitness Levels then I can see a graph like space, below that is mentioned High/Abv Average/Bel Av/Low. On top right DONE.
