I try to move my Android WhatsApp dat to my Iphone11pro, using the 'move to iOS' app. Using that app, it should be possible to also transfer WhatsApp data. but for some reason this option doesnt show. Can anybody help?

iPhone to Android is possible.
WhatsApp is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or WhatsApp FAQ or Restoring your chat history - WhatsApp FAQ
WhatsApp Chat history from Google Drive to iCloud. (Android to iPhone)
Have you tried --> Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple ... and selected WhatsApp and its history? I don't think the Move process extracts data from Google Drive or any drive for that matter including iCloud Drive.
My experience says you can't transfer because on Android, WhatsApp, chat history is not stored on iCloud, on iOS it is.
That may be possible with third-party software. Warning!; WhatsApp data through third-party software has the risk of data being compromised. Because the data will be churned through third-party servers, which may or may not be encrypted. Be judicious while selecting the software and taking this call.

There is option of WhatsApp data transfer from Android to iPhone developed by Meta and Apple in move to iOS app as per recent marketing after wwdc22 by many YouTubers.
However this option not shown in move to iOS app yet.
Also, patient efforts are needed each time to check whether this option is available now or not on Move to iOS app because each time you have to reset your iPhone with back up of other app data on iCloud and then check on move to iOS app for WhatsApp data transfer option in your android device.

I did try this app you mentioned. But it doesn't show the option to select whatsapp data...
