Keychain passwords did not back up to my new phone. Old phone was deleted already. iCloud back up and keychain passwords was on but it did not sync passwords to new phone. Can I restore them??? Help. Thanks!

On the new iPhone, if you go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Keychain, is that switch turned on?
If you were using iCloud Keychain, your passwords would not be part of an iPhone backup, they would reside in iCloud and I think you should just need to turn it on again in order to sync em.
