Google Earth Pro - Crashing/Slow with Macbook Pro M1 Max (2021)

Good evening,

I wanted to ask some feedbacks, and eventually a solution about something I am experiencing.

I have the Macbook Pro M1 Max (2021) and I have downloaded from the official website the app "Google Earth Pro". Sadly this is incredibly slow in any operation I try to do, even just zooming in.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you solve? Is this expected because the app is not fully compatible with the new M1 Chip?
