I dropped my IPAD and by no means can I open my Ipad to get vital information on my device or other devices

I cannot afford another IPAD. How can I get this information on my home computer

If the iPad was damaged in a fall and isn't operational, you'll need to buy an out of warranty replacement. If you've backed up the iPad, you can restore the data to a new iPad from backup. If you haven't backed up the iPad, it's always too late after catastrophe occurs.
