I received an Apple Ipad off Amazon as a gift but the IOS isn't working.
A cable technician said someone swapped the Apple IOS for Google one how in the heck do I FIX this??
I haven't even used it once yet. My aunt spent a lot of money on this too.

What makes you believe that the OS was changed, or are you sure that it is a Apple iPad? Someone would have to have possession of the device to try what you are suggesting. Was the device purchased from an Authorized Apple Reseller? If you have an Apple Store close by, you can bring it there and have Apple examine it.

If this "cable technician" you speak of is correct, it seems you've been scammed, if the device is not described like this in its description. If its been tampered with Apple wouldn't be expected to be up to fixing it. So, contact Amazon, requesting a return. Then, get it from Apple, and none other, as a best way to avoid scams.
