“Cellular issue detected” keeps popping up

Every day, after my cell phone has charged all night, I have no connectivity for cellular data. Generally, I reset the phone, put it on airplane mode briefly, or back it up and restart it and the problem clears. Now it will work fine for a short time but that default to the error again. It seems to have happened as a result of a recent update. Any idea how to fix this issue?
