i used to have an iphone 7 and it used to always hang whenever i post a whatsapp status. Thought my iphone is old so upgraded to iphone 13 . Updated ios and updated whatsapp . But the same problem exists. Whenever i post anything on whatsapp status, whatsapp hangs. It works only on airplane mode or till the time the status is deleted again. Please help resolve this problem.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like this only happens when using WhatsApp. Right? If so, try troubleshooting WhatsApp using the guidance from If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support.
