help! How do I open Microsoft Entourage on a MacOS X?

I update to macOS Monterey and update Office 2008 (I know!) to Office 2010. I didn't realise that I needed to save my emails as a folder before the update to transfer them to Outlook. My timeline wasn't being saved (I know!) and so I can't just revert to the previous day.

I have an old Macbook, but need to know how to open Microsoft Entourage 2008 on MacOS X. Can anyone help please? I am way out of my depth
