hello, i dont understand who im going to get back all my data and pictures from my phone. I forgot my password and I dont see how this is going to work

the only way you will get all that data back is if you have an iPhone backup that contains your data.. If you don't then you will lose stuff. Things that are stored in iCloud you likely get back, just need to sign in once the phone is erased and toggle on the item in Settings > [your name] > iCloud
