Unable to restart my Apple Watch. It may possibly be the charging cable.

I don't think my Apple Watch cable is working anymore. I had it charging overnight but it never would charge up. I've removed the plastic cover and cleaned the watch and tried charging it and it still will not charge. I just might have to purchase another charging cable.
