So I’ve been SO silly and have sent my old iPhone 12 in to trade in without resetting it or erasing any content/person information.
somebody from Apple advised I can erase it but only once the old phone has been connected to the internet. So now I’m sat here worrying how long this will take and if I’ll ever get full proof it’s worked. There MUST be a way around this. I would appreciate any help!!! Thank you
