Callers can’t hear me but my microphone is working fine

Question

Callers can’t hear me but my microphone is working fine

If I make an outgoing call or have an incoming call, the person on the other end say that I’m breaking up or sometimes they can’t hear me all together.

I’ve tested my microphone through my voice memo app and also can work FaceTime/Siri absolutely fine.

Any ideas? Is it my phone service provider?

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
