We found a watch in an area we couldn't turn it in. Is there any way to identify the owner?

Similar questions

Found Apple Watch I found a watch and was unable to find its owner where it was found. It's obviously been locked. Is there anyway to locate the owner or reset it for reuse? I hate to just throw it away.

If the owner did not activate lost mode, there is not much you can do.
